They can report it but shouldn't show pictures or videos of the culprits

as the culprits have got what they wanted, their mugs on the telly, internet and in the papers of them looking all naughty. This can spark off other sets of fans that want a bit of the 'action' as well and before you know it you have a competition on your hands.
