There is that element

but Hucks' weakness to me was when he did the head down thing and realised he'd run into trouble - but this was probably the minority of his runs. Wes just seems to dilly dally on the ball so he invariably comes up against the wall of defenders who've moved in on him. And when he does release a ball into the box it's more Lee Croft quality. He is very frustrating, and I'm still waiting to see if the flair of playing with the ball is going to be matched with delivering something from it. Otherwise he's starting to look like some sort of performing animal rather than a useful footballer. The perfect example was when he was back defending on Saturday and almost played us back into trouble because of this reluctance to let go - it's almost like he doesn't want to -perhaps because that's when the weakness will be shown. Let's hope Culverhouse is as good a coach as suggested and can concentrate on stage 2 of Wes's play.
