Phonage help please...

...I'm in the market for a new phone that can run Microsoft mobile (therefore can send and recieve work Outlook emails) and also, weirdly, works as a phone...

I've looked at the possibilty of an iPhone, which I may come back to, and I had a Crackberry for a while which I loved but was expensive re email cos of the rip off packages so had to go..

So with that in mind is there anything else out there that could do a job?..
