true, and unfair on the ones who do a good job.....

however you also said "most" were like that, in a previous post - so not surprised most who have experienced recruitment "consultants" (dont make me laugh - most recruitment consultants i have dealt with are aged about 25 and stright out of uni, sharing a rented house with 3 others and on the lash every second night, so what exactly can they "consult" on?!) feel that its the majority! harsh, but fair!
