Everything was purposely used against him, from loaning Cureton Barnsley

(which is now a confirmed view that it was probably the right thing to do because Gunn actually played Curo and people realised he isn't very good anymore and can't score from 2 yards out)

To chanting Lupoli's name for 90 minutes, until Lupoli got a couple of games and did nothing (to which got Roeder the sack for doing what was suggested to him by the fans in a cup game

Then Lupoli then left, cos he preferred being at the club with stability under Roeder, and wasn't prepared to stay)

So the Lupoli thing went from him being class and hating Roeder (which he didn't), to being "everyone knew he was lightweight, why did Roeder sign him in the first place, just shows Roeder up even more"

etc etc

Repeat on any subject until man is forced out of the door
