What he tried was working, but he was hindered by a lack of resources

Resources that Gunn just wasted by selling Bell and getting loans in that he wasn't playing, falling out with players, and not getting anything out of the other players

There was a consistency to what Roeder was doing. Things weren't happening on the pitch, but there was a glimmer of hope, and that we could convert chances once confidence came back

The way people describe Roeder, is actually the way it went under Gunn
