Would somebody be more likely to perform well in a positive working atmosphere, or a negatively hate-fuelled one ?

One where they can have the confidence they won't get booed if they try something different ? Misplace a pass ? Try something a bi clever to get one over L1 defenders ? Or one where they play within themselves to not get the grief.

Football is a confidence game, this club is low on confidence. Accepting that, and doing what WE can to try and bring it back IS our responsibility.
