Gunn was a mistake. A mistake when he was given the job, compunded by then appointing him for 2 years after he had demonstarted his inability as a manager before we had a new chief exec and board in place.
McNally has acted swiftly and it seems that he is being allowed to run things as he sees fit.
We have a promising young manager now with at least the beginnings of a decent track record.
Everyone needs to get behind him. The last thing he and the team needs is a poisonous atmosphere at home games where the players are frightened to get on the ball in case they make a mistake.
Lets see what happens now.
