yes but whoever we appoint we might as well just give up then. What's the point in being

a football fan when all you do is wait for failure. You may end up looking for failure so much that when success comes you don't enjoy it because you've put yourself in a mental position that failure is all we can achieve, anything else will just be a failure. So really failure for you now is success.
