True, butters and Culverhouse will probably both be looking for the assitant manager role,

so can't see Butters sticking around in a demoted role and I'm not sure exactly what he would add. I don't think we need more than a manager, an assistant and a 1st team coach plus the new Ops manager. Plus the sports scientist and goalie coach. What happened to the big fitness coach, has he left?
