Just been to Colney, for something to do......

Saw Delia and Michael giving some interview. Anyway the point of minor interest that maybe someone could shed some light on. I was stood by the pitches and some bloke mid 50's (dunno why that's important) comes wandering over and starts chatting to a group of blokes. He says to them "Watch the News this afternoon" One of the blokes takes the bait "Why?". "Well that's what Nigel Worthington just said to me" He then goes on to prattle something about Deano to Toon for 6.5 mil. Dunno if the 2 things were connected, i.e. whether that was the news he was on about. Anyway probably some bloke just after a bit of attention, but he didn't seem the kind of bloke on a windup.

Just thought I'd pass it on n see if anyone else has heard anything similar.
