but its a different squad, with the norwich mentality....nice and cosy at colney and a pretty stadium.

Obviously a big club arent we. Colchester clearly had a point to prove to everyone else, not sure if thats entirely down to Lambert...

Anyway im a cynic, you do need a bit of luck in football management, and there wont be any waiting here for Lambert.
