Common Sense - and the assumption McNally know's what he is doing

We need a manger that :
1. Can get us promoted
2. Keep us in the championship
3. Has potential to develop, as a manager, further

There is only 1 manager in the championship hat fits this profile that we could attract that in SOD. Adkins got scunny promoted but couldn't keep them up thats no good to us..... If McNally is the real deal then its O'Driscoll
