Could Ian Butterworth be the worst manager of the lot?

failing to use subs to try to beat a side evidently delighted with a draw....failing to understand that we have 4 games in 10 days so sub-use is about more than just that game...failing to acknowledge the 1,000+ bloody-long-way travelling fans for their uncomplaining support (how hard is it to give us a f?cking wave, you prick?)
