Jimmy Floyd-Hasselbaink is planning to learn from the best as he embarks on his mission to become a top coach, and has arranged to watch a number of leading managers at work.

Jose Mourinho, Arsene Wenger and Rafael Benitez have all agreed to let the Dutch striker observe them.

So too has Steve "massive underdogs" McClaren who at least can give Hasselbaink lessons in double Dutch at FC Twente.
