Yep, i agree with that, but the new Board is the big factor, isnt it.

The huge mistake was when we appointed him with half a Board in place. Crazy thing to do (and not just with the benefit of hindsight, either).

What I dont understand though, is why it took until now for McNally / Bowkett to sack him (cos it was him, I think we could be sure). I guess the 7-1 was the "I told you so" to Delia that those two needed.

Speculation of course, but not hard to imagine.
