O'Neill wouldn't have done anything here because we were going bust. If you recall we had to sell Ward & Newsome later that season just to keep the bankers from our door. Even MON couldn't do anything in that financial climate. To keep MON we'd have had to buy Windass but the point is we COULDN'T buy Windass even if we wanted to because we were broke.
