Successful businesses also generally treat their employees well.

That's not meant as suggesting that Gunn was the answer to our problems, just that:

- we've had no managerial stability, with the exception of Worthington, since Mike Walker (mk 1)
- we're in the 3rd division for the first time in 49 years
- we've just signed a lot of new players

It looks like we haven't got a clue what we're doing.
