I've lived here for 40 years and am a season ticket holder, share holder and member at Carrow Road. Can't, however stop being a Jambo because it's in the blood, as I came from Edinburgh originally.

Am actually off to Auld Reekie today, hopefully for a bit of culture and also, since my mate has got me a ticket for the Motherwell game, to see a Hearts victory. Bound to be 0-0 if I'm going, but there you are.

I am coping with Burley being manager by saying he's the former manager of Derby County and airbrushing out the rest!! That's what happens when you get to be an old tosser like me! So let's hope Scummer Butcher gets a hammering and that City beat Leeds and get the season going.

NB One problem with Riordan is that he seems to be a night club fighter. Has all that gone away?
