I'm guessing someone with a fair bit of money

Newcastle might be desperate enough soon - Little Mickey seems frantic not to go there (and who can blame him). Man City must have a fair bit of dosh following the SWP sale and they don't currently seem to have a "big" striker. But I would have thought its a fairly short list.
