After opening day defeat

McNally to Board -

"You've charged me with getting this club promoted. I can tell you now, from what I saw on Saturday and ___________ (make your own assumptions here - "what I've seen at Colney, What players / coaches have told me etc") Bryan Gunn is not going to get us up.

If you want promotion then it has to be with someone else managing the team. The sooner someone new comes in & can get to work quickly, the better chance we will have of achieving our goal. Gunny's a nice guy, he's only been in the job for a short while & this isn't personal, but it is obvious to me that he isn't up to the job. For the sake of the club we need a new man at the helm"
