and I'm not suprised no one wants to be a minority investor

with little or no control. It's almost guaranteed that the majority shareholders will f**k everything up and ensure that you see no return whatsoever on your money.
The only way forward is to sell up and get someone in who doesn't care so much about losing money but has CONTROL, that's the key. Otherwise there's no point at all
