With that and his answers during the agm it gave me a lot of hope. I was always under the impression with the doncaster and munby that they were basically mouth pieces for Smith and Jones.

I get the impression that Mcnally is in charge, i am pretty sure he would not have given Gunn the job and i also felt that Smith and Jones may also be regreting that now (easy to say after Saturday i know). If are not competing at the top end of the league pretty sharpish i do not think Mcnally will think twice about firing Gunn and i think they will let him go with that.
