The one thing that was said by both Delia and MWJ in regards the ownership

was that if someone came in and could prove to them that they had the money to invest in the team they would step aside for nothing, in effect giving the club away to some who could prove that they had the money.

They did say that there had only been one offer (not callum) and that person/group wanted the club for nowt and could not show that they would put money into the club.
