Basically he mumbled so much I haven't got much to report from him but from what I can gather this is the situation.

They would sell up if the right offer came along.
They repeated again that they have never had an offer made.

If somebody came in and promised to put money in the squad (like the Wolves situation) then they would sell the club and not ask for anything themselves.
