Tell him to play his ass off in August to put himself in the shop window. Earn the move he's looking for. He gets his transfer and City get a few bucks. Win, win the way I see it. Surely even Darrell sees this as the way foward.
Best result is no Otsemobor. He is the ultimate frustrating professional. All the ability in the world, but lacking drive or a mental game. The team needs consistency. He will never provide it.
