You are dead right.

In the cold light of day, you have to pretty thick-skinned not to feel at least a little bit of sympathy for Theoklitos. He has moved to the other side of the world, hardly knows anyone, and within 10 mins it goes utterly utterly disasterous and he is getting boos and jeers so loudly....... not nice. really, it isnt'. Yes, of course he's paid to do a job, and yes he had an absolute shocker, but as I said, he is another human being and wanted to do well - it just didnt turn out that way!!

But indeed, Doc is an absolute liability and helped Theo in no way whatsoever. We MUST replace the Doc. There is a common denominator over our past 5 seasons and he is getting worse and worse - not excelling as what is perceived to be closer to his level.

Semi and Nelson, as you say, just as culpurable as anyone else. When you have a turning circle of the QE2, it doesn't bode well, does it?
