Recent Managerial appointments under this board

Gunn - no previous management experience.
Roeder - awful managerial experience. everyone knew what such an appalling record he had, and so it proved.
Grant - no management experience. he didnt even apply for the job as we headhunted him!!
Worthy - stumbled over a good appointment, the best thing Hamilton did was get him in, initially, as a coach. Remember it was HIM who bought Worthy to Carrow Rd, not the board.
Hamilton - awful managerial record at lowly levels.
Rioch - the only decent appointment really, but it still didnt work out.

Instead of Gunn, we should have gone with someone with more lower league experience. Who exactly? Well, I haven't got a clue. Maybe I should be on the board.
