Thing is, how many times can we go through blaming players

that are clearly not that bad (ie Marshall, clingan, russell, bell, etc), but claiming they're rubbish, before we realise other factors are the problem

Doc has been the scapegoat for years, as have the players who have left but gone on to better things

Eventually the buck needs to stop instead of "if only we could get rid of x and everything would be ok".

We've got rid of far too many x's over the years, and look what's happened
