Yeah, they release that sheet with the dates...

...for casual/member ticket sales for home games with all the season ticket bumph but no guideline for away games. As a rule it's usually three weeks before, I think they advise. But as I've said and you've found out, there's bound to be a fair few setbacks this season. It's one of the main reasons I plumped for an away season ticket to save all the hassle.
