What would you rather, councils be allowed to piss away the tax you are legally obliged to stump up on inefficient practices and ineffectual pointless layers of navel-gazing middle-management, or would you prefer geniuses like me to point out such scandelous wastage of public money, and rectify it for the good of us all?
