I had the same symptoms earlier in the year. Twice.

It was such a pain I actually went to the doctor and she took a blood sample that showed a virus, gave me antibiotics and all was well again after a few days. This was well before anyone invented swine flu and swine flu pandemics. Unless I'm Patient Zero...
