cheap as chips please but mindful of a false economy

house is empty and i had a grand plan to do it up like what they do on the telly but having completed paintin two rooms i have decided it is far too f**king tedious so i need to get a blerk in to do all that cutting in and masking off and rollering and washing brushes out and s**t. I bought one of them Dulux paint pods (electric paintroller thingy) f**king load of old portman road that was. So, I'll get a bloke in to paint it up nice and fresh, whack in some new carpets and rent the f**king thing out until the housing market gets back off its knees. in about ten years. or so.
