Just doing walls? Walls + flooring? Changing light fittings?

If changing flooring, is it carpet, or wood or tile or what? Painting the walls, or wallpapering? If wallpaper, just plain, or some sort of arty flocked ??? design? Changing furniture or not? Changing kitchen units, just changing doors and handles, or leaving the units alone? Changing any internal doors?
