It seems weird that most people agree that flem isnt up to it anymore, and agree that he used to be good a couple of years ago.

However when you say worthy isnt up to it, they say well he did well a couple of years ago.

Managers as well as players can lose their form and most managers do go stale at clubs as well after a period of time.
