the Williams manslaughter charges were all to do with Italian law

and nothing at all to do with the FIA wanting to apportion blame, they were 100% behind Williams on that matter with rumoured threats to take away the Italian Grand Prix if the Italian authorites went ahead with threats to arrest Sir Frank and Patrick Head when they next returned to Italian soil
