I guessed the South Wales thing by the different pronunciation of Tudur. In the North, he'd be 'Tidirr' if his name ended there but 'Tidrr-jones' as it is.

That said, though, we're both wrong because as some have pointed out, he's in Norfolk now so he's Tooder.
