Why does it crash so often? Things like changing a post office code....

makes the 'Claim' crash but why? Comes up as +9 not cont +7'. We then have to call the tech blokes at Kiln who then say hand it off to command!! Doesn't help the customer who just wants his ?128.60.!! It annoys me that we really can't do anything with those kind of error codes! We don't have people on site anymore to deal with problems, no one has a key to the 'server room' because of security now!
