I don't think the CCTV is really that key to the case. Its key to the media, but IMHO

the case will probably hinge much more on eye witness testimony. CCTV probably jsut for 'impact'.

A witness can be questionned, and can then hold up their events under pressure, which caries a lot of weight.
CCTV cannot defend itself, so i'd suggest footage of that nature, i.e. pretty unclear, could be knocked around abit by a good lawyer.

That's probably all total and utter bollocks though.
