No idea how other academies do it either

but I bet most are similar. What is true is that our academy has been spectacularly unsuccessful for years. I know they don't get 'enough' cash, but there's no point in churning out Div 4 players.
I'd like to see the whole thing revamped and money sunk into it with a proven team in charge
