nicely divided into sections like 'has-beens', 'experienced ex-premiership pros' and 'ageing journeymen'. He's got to find players who show potential without costing the earth.... the problem with that is that it's not very easy, and some of the time he's bound to get it wrong (as would anyone). But I wouldn't presume to judge after 4 games
