Sheffield police are reporting a strange case of dog poo voyeurism

'Although there is no specific law-breaking, we can only worry as to where it might lead, (arf) and suggest that parents keep their children locked up for the entire school holidays and only allow their dogs to poo in the garden, unless they can do white poo in which case they should go to the museum steps.'
