Do you enjoy paying for fat people to have liposuction or breast enlargements for 'disturbed' pancake chested women or perhaps IVF treatment so a couple can have a 9th child?

Pay less tax sort your own medical cover out!

Example I had a double hernia op, NHS waiting time 2 years, told not to play football etc.

Bupa ?1500 sorted in 7 days - lovely!
