Now I haven't quite joined the Ben school of thought re.Worthy yet....
But I did start wondering about who we would, or could, get as a new manager if he did leave.
Setting aside the fact that the club would appoint Doug Livermore, I thought about getting Mike Phelan in from his coaching position at Man Utd and teaming him up with David Williams.
Both Phelan and Williams are ex-Norwich players, I think they both joined at the same time infact.
Both have good experience at Man Utd, both preach a passing game and have a lot of experience in coaching, spotting, and developing young players, and both are "aware" that Norwich has -only just now, I would imagine- a reputation as a side that plays the passing game
None of that guarantees anything of course, but then no new manager of any calibre would guarantee anything. So I'd look into that possibility.
