It could be a number of factors I think...

Although I don't think that Jarvis is the hardest working player in the world and there may be an 'i've already made it' thought in there.

Hendo has been a bit unlucky with injuries and being played out of position, but I think he has a better chance than Jarvis. Although Jarvis Jr may be the next one to make the step up.
