buyer for club

How come we cant find a buyer for NCFC yet other clubs are being taken over.We were told because of recession it would be hard to sell,yet other clubs are being sold or are in talks.
Funny this one,were we ever put up for sale?
Now I am not suggesting one way or the other on this, if we should be sold,but looks a bit weird to me.
