Courier firm types, answer me this please,

Why the f**k when I pay a lot of money to get something expensive sent, do you specify that you will pick it up between 9am and 5.30pm? Is it really that difficult to give like a one or 2hr window instead of me having to waste a day of my life waiting in for you pack of c**ts?
