Well I had a good time last night...

...no, I didn't go the match, instead I went to see 2 Tone Community at the NFT...4 docs about 2 Tone, ska and primarily the Specials including the whole of Rock Goes to College: The Specials...f**k me I'd forgotten what a good band they were live...as tight as a gnat's chuff and obviously speeding their bollocks off so they could jump around as much as they did...encouraging stage invasions...Terry Hall chucking his tambourine at a bouncer for trying to stop the kids getting on stage to dance with them (and they were kids, one could only have been 10 if he was a day, but still in a natty little suit including carefully arranged handkerchief in top pocket)..

They don't make 'em like that anymore...bew-der-ful times...
