I'm reserving judgement until the transfer window closes.

If we don't have a proper creative midfielder - who can PASS - and a competent centre-back at the least, I'm going to be almightily unimpressed. A proper right-winger and a forward instead of Leon would be nice, but I'll be satisfied with the first two.
