That was f**king appalling.

It's the continued inability to master f the Tactical Substitution that gets me.

Ultimately I feel NW is a reasonable manager, but a limited one. He did a lot of good things for the club - clearing out the masses of dead wood very quickly, getting us to the play-offs, getting us up, persuading players of the calibre of Huckerby and Helveg to come, but it's not looking too good right now.

Deep down I don't feel he's a much better manager than Megson, and look what happened to him ...
